Domaine Florian is a family-run boutique winery with a long tradition of viticulture and winemaking, dedicated to high-quality, authentic and ecologically sustainable wine production.
Our vineyards benefit from the unique microclimate of the Epanomi Peninsula. Wine is a natural product, so the winery focuses on traditional winemaking processes combined with the use of modern technical equipment. Pruning, foliage management, yield control and harvesting are done exclusively by hand to ensure that the grapes intended for vinification meet the most stringent criteria.
The winery produces authentic wines with their own special character, which have all the strengths of their year and highlight the variety of the wine.
Our white wines are mostly fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with only a small percentage being fermented and aged in 300-liter oak barrels.
Red wines are fermented and aged in 225-liter wooden barrels in our basement cellar, which features natural clay flooring that ensures optimum humidity and constant temperatures for oak barrels.
Stabilization and clarification of the wine is done by natural methods, using the lowest possible amount of sulfite. The wines are filtered to a minimum to maintain all the richness and range of flavors in each bottle.
