Panos Sarris started out as a sommelier, then built his own restaurant and recently set up a visitable winery, located in the southwestern part of Kefalonia, very close to Avithos Beach in Svoronata, 10km from the capital of the island, Argostoli. The privately owned vineyard of the winery is located in the privileged area of Fagias, with its characteristic limestone soil.
