Tatsis Estate

From 1924 onwards, the Tatsis family acquired vineyards on the hills of Libaskerit and Gerakona, ideal for cultivation in non-irrigated limestone soils and worked by the family, originally the grandfather, then his son, Christos, along with his sons, Pericles and Stergios. Since 1998 the cultivation of the vineyards has been certified organic, and since 2002 they have been cultivated using the biodynamic cultivation method, with a yield of 3000 to 7000 kilos per hectare. Winemaking takes place at the family-owned winery.
