Endeavoring to highlight the richness of Kefalonia’s wines, we work with the prized local varieties to produce high-quality wines in a limited number of bottles.
With our basic philosophy of organic farming and as little intervention as possible, we seek out select vines in the best vineyards of the island. Our strictly selected grapes are vinified in small tanks, under controlled conditions, with mild processes and minimal additives. Convinced that good wine comes from good vineyards, we offer a wide range of rare small-scale wine creations that express the unique terroir of Kefalonia.
