We carefully cultivate our grape varieties in mountainous areas, always striving to ensure low crop yields.
We emphasize indigenous varieties such as Vidiano, Vilana, Dafni, Muscat of Spina, Assyrtiko, Kotsifali, Liatiko, and Mantilari, while at the same time cultivating the international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay, and Merlot, to produce both single-variety wines and wines with unique blends.
Our goal is to highlight the uniqueness and complexity of the Cretan terroir by faithfully obeying the needs of the varieties.
